Mr. Legate was admitted to the practice of law in California in 1980 and admitted to the Federal Bar in 1982. He has served as a Temporary Judge and settlement conference judge pro-tem in Orange County since 1983 and has acted as a court-appointed arbitrator with the Superior Court of California. Mr. Legate's practice concentrates on real estate related matters including residential and commercial purchase agreements, Internal Revenue Code Section 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges, residential and commercial real estate development and litigation, homeowner association issues, Probate litigation, Business litigation, Business Law, Corporate Law and Personal Injury cases. Mr. Legate is a member of the Orange County Bar Association and participates in the Trusts and Estates Section.
